We were watching the 2011 Billboard Music Awards Sunday night and caught some of our favorite celebs on the red  carpet in some Mean shoes. The highlight of the award show was Beyonce’s outstanding performance of her new single “Run the World” and acceptance speech for her Millennium Award.
