We love our designer deals! Target has paired with yet another  awesome designer but this time…in our favorite accessory genre…SHOES! Yes, SHOES!! Target has paired with esteemed shoe designer Cynthia Vincent.  The line is due to launch on APRIL 18, 2010.  Cynthia created this lower priced line, yet she still embraced the “looks” of the season.  Her inspiration comes from her travels in Africa and she brings back with her bright colors, wedges, heels, and flats with feminine embellishments.  We love it here at MissMeanShoe Magazine!!
