Joss Stone for Nine West

Nine West is a company whose interest lies in taking higher heights. They recently announced another awesome collaboration they will be releasing soon. Nine West has teamed up with the very talented singer Joss Stone for their Fall 2010 line. She will be releasing footwear under their Vintage America line. Joss Stone is well known for performing barefoot, so we cannot wait to see the pieces she have come up with for this collection.

WWD reports that the shoes will retail for about $70 to $120 and will be available in three styles inspired by Stone’s flowery tattoos. One great thing about this line is that proceeds will be donated to Soles4Souls. We cannot wait to see this #MEAN line of footwear.

Manolo Blahnik will be launching a pop-up boutique called “The World of Manolo,” in London’s renowned Liberty Building. During their 3 month stay in the Liberty Building, they will have shoes from their Autumn/Winter 2010 collection (made exclusively for Liberty) as well as a plethora of fun accessories and items, from scarves, candles, shoehorns, Wellington boots and notebooks, all using Liberty prints. Nine West “pumps” it up another notch as they bring an exclusive line to Nordstrom with ELLE as their third team-mate! This will be celebrated at a Nordstrom Stores in select areas, with host Eric Damon, costume designer of Gossip Girl along with Nine West Creative Director Fred Allard.

Soles4Souls: Project Haiti Relief

Soles4Souls is mounting a massive response of emergency relief to the victims of Tuesday’s 7.0-magnitude earthquake near Haiti’s capital city of Port-au-Prince. 3 million people are directly affected by the damage. Untold thousands are likely dead, and tens of thousands are injured. Probably hundreds of thousands have lost their homes and most of their possessions.

Why shoes are critical

People are in immediate need of the most basic necessities, like food, water, AND SHOES. Soles4Souls is working with trusted partners to provide hundreds of thousands of new boots and shoes to help survivors locate others trapped in the rubble and begin the rebuilding process. As you can imagine, the amount of broken glass, twisted metal and raw sewage is staggering. We will rush this protective footwear to them as quickly as possible.

In fact, we are partnering with others to send a shipment of 30 container loads of emergency supplies, including:
New boots and shoes
Tents
Blankets
Duffle Bags
Food & Water

The Lord of the red sole is now collaborating with his “Goddaughter” as he put it Barbie! For new 2010 line of Barbie.

Christian louboutin is not only giving her 3 pairs of shoes but, also the are breaking and entering homes in Paris ! …. The two also have a book together “Barbie and Christian louboutin year in Paris”

Christian is wonderful and made Barbie look fabulous with Nefertiti/Marilyn Monroe inspired look. Oh and look at her feet I told you she also had shoes !lol I wonder what size she wears?…..
