Amazon.com who already owns Endless.com an online store focusing exclusively on shoes and accessories, has now purchased Zappos. Amazon will buy Zappos for $920 million in a stock deal. Zappos will receive approximately 10 million Amazon.com shares with an additional $40 million in cash and restricted stock units.The deal is expected to close in the fall of 2009. B, is rocking these boots very nicely. Her boots are Giuseppe Zanotti ‘s Fall 09 collection, he also has an ankle boot version. I prefer the knee-high look , it’s different.
N.Y.L.A has a similar pair like these Giuseppe’s .They’re hot for summer, and still wearble in the fall.
