Gorgeous Shoes that run you anywhere from $500 to $1500, but there is a young artist that is taking his art from the gallery to the Shoe Room creating his own rendition of Red Bottoms. These Jay West accessories are a great shoe to wear, not on your feet..gotta love that! Jay West, hails from Harlem, NY and his career really began with Art at the High School of Art & Design in Manhattan, NY. He has a collection of street art, a fashion clothing line(CGU), and his newest project; Red Bottoms x Justin West Project.
XJustinWest what is it and how did it come about? Well, Celi from MissMeanShoe.com caught up with Mr.Jay West to ask him a few questions:
Q: XJustinWest what is it? and where did it come from?
A: XJustinWest is another creative project that I decided to embark upon. I wanted to make something different.
Q: How are the Red Bottom Brooches, (as you call them) made?
A: Within the x JUSTINWEST project everything is personally made, produced by hand with 100% authentic SWAROVSKI crystals!. x JW will be making limited broaches.
Q: How would you be described the XJW Red Bottom Project?
A: Styled in the elegant, and classic manner fully crystal, miniature rendition of Christian Louboutin’s gorgeous women’s footwear!
Q: What are you thinking as you create your Brooches?
A: The site of a woman; young or old in a very respectable, fashionable, and striking ensemble is what I think of when i create each and everyone of my brooches.

Q: Now I heard there are some stylish ladies rocking your shoes, Who can we see in the XJustinWest?
